This outstanding techniques and creativity is living in ENOTECA PINCHIORRI in the town of tradition, Firenze. 150,000 bottles are stored in Giorgio Pinchiorri's wine celler and they say, "No wine is worth drinking if it's not in his collection".
Annie,the chef, manages the Michelin's three star cuisine, based on Toscana and Medici's recipe and arranged to twenty-first century taste. It is continuing to evolve with her imaginative power and new ideas. The great harmony of wine and food gives people an eternal happinessc.This Italian great restaurant opened in Ginza, Tokyo, in 1992, in 2000, opened LA CANTINETTA DELL'ENOTECA PINCHIORRI in Odaiba, Tokyo, and in 2007 we open another ENOTECA PINCHIORRI, in NAGOYA. These three restaurants are becoming customer's comfortable residence, and starting to build a new tradition with its best Italian food and hospitality.




‘ INTERIOR
The interior is based on the image of Firenze in sixteenth century. All furnitures are selected antiques and imported from Firenze. For example, the counter in the large waiting area was originally used in the bank in fourteenth century. Many of those antiques waited so long to be a part of ENOTECA PINCHIORRI TOKYO, and it looks just perfect to produce ENOTECA's cuisine.
