WINE
"ENOTECA" means "A Museum of Wine" in Italy. "PINCHIORRI" is one of the best sommelier who is said "A Sweetheart of Wine". His passion for wine is very deep, 2,100 kinds of 12,000 bottles are always stored in the wine cave in tokyo.
Moreover, PINCHIORRI holds 150,000 bottles combining all the cellers, and many of them are extremely rare bottles. All the bottles were selected by PINCHIORRI himself.



FOOD
There are two different faces of italian food.
One is the court cuisine that was initiated by Caterina of Medici's, and the other is home made cooking made by the mistresses of the small inns in countries. These two are never mixed nor died for more than five hundred years. Renaissance began in Firenze, sent out great cultures and arts to the world. Like no other cities, Firenze is a treasury of gourmet, which has traditional court recipe, and also the home made recipes of good old coutry. In 1533,Caterina married to Henry second, and twelve courses were served at the Medici's dining. It was so gorgeous that it overthrew french cuisine. This fine italian cuisine however had come to the end as the Aristocrat society ended. ENOTECA gave it a new life with a little essence. Here we serve the great italian cuisine that once turned over the history.
