ANNIE FEOLDE CHEFShe was born as the first babygirl of her parents, who were the owner of a hotel in Nice. The hotel was destroyed by Nazi during war. She lived in Paris, London, and Firenze to master languages to become a flight attendance. But she met Giorgio PINCHIORRI and became successfull chef. She was the first to receive Michelin's three stars. Meeting PINCHIORRI seemed her destiny, as she gave full play to serving people. She studied Italian cookiing herself, which was based on Medici's recipe, and she even gave it a new spirit of twenty-first century. She now is one of the greatest Italian chef. |
